Cancellation Policy

Calandria Experience – Online Booking Policies These policies apply to all reservations made directly through the Calandria Experience website without prior consultation. By completing an online booking and submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. 1. Payment Options Calandria Experience offers two booking types: Full Payment Booking: The total amount is paid at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed once payment is completed. Deposit-Only Booking: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the service date. Deposits are non-refundable. 2. Confirmed Services Once payment (full or deposit) is completed and services are selected, the booking date(s) and services are considered confirmed. 3. Date Changes, Modifications & Cancellations • One (1) date change is allowed per booking if requested at least 14 days before the first scheduled service and subject to availability. • Additional date changes require a new deposit or new booking. • Removing any service results in the payment or deposit being applied to the cancelled service only. • Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the service date result in loss of the deposit or payment for that service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and the full balance remains owed. 4. Weather, Road Conditions & Safety Calandria Experience may adjust wineries, routes, timing, or itineraries due to safety concerns such as rain, unsafe or closed dirt roads, poor weather, or road hazards. If the client chooses to cancel because they do not accept a safety-based adjustment, all payments remain non-refundable. 5. Liability Disclaimer Participation in tours and transportation services is at the client’s own risk. Calandria Experience is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings suffered by the client or any member of their group before, during, or after the service. 6. Lost or Left Items Calandria Experience is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles, wineries, or visited locations. 7. Provider-Initiated Cancellation If Calandria Experience cancels the service entirely for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued. By booking online, the client agrees that acceptance of these policies is binding.
