Cancellation Policy

Booking & Reservation Policies 1. Pick-Up Times & Locations Tierra Amada: 9:50 AM Selah: 10:00 AM Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. The shuttle will depart promptly at the scheduled time. 2. No Refunds for Cancellations within 24 Hours Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. 3. Punctuality Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without a refund. 4. No Alcohol Consumption on the Shuttle For the comfort and safety of all passengers, alcohol consumption aboard the shuttle is prohibited. 5. Dress Comfortably We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are suggested for warmer days. 6. Stay Hydrated Bringing bottled water is encouraged for your comfort. Water is not provided by the tours but can be puschased on the wineries. 7. Tastings & Food Not Included While tastings and meals are not included, exclusive discounts are available at select partner wineries and restaurants. 8. Minimum Passenger Requirement A minimum of 10 passengers is required for the tour to operate. In case of cancellation due to low attendance, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled tour. 9. Responsible Wine Tasting Please enjoy tastings responsibly for your safety and the enjoyment of all guests. 10. Behavior Expectations Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund. 11. Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for lost items, personal injuries, or delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. 12. Personal Belongings Keep belongings secure. We are not liable for any items left behind.
